Zufall?!; die Blogs vom Handelsblatt sind wohl eher nicht gemeint

Angesprochen ist ist Valleyweg. Entlassungen werden angekündigt :

But now the credit crisis is clearly going to affect every sector of the economy. Advertising buys typically plunge after the Christmas shopping season, and 2009 is obviously going to be exceptionally difficult. We have to prepare for the worst, now, rather than when the worst comes upon us.

Aha!? … aber gleich “Das Sterben der Blogs” auszurufen …

Allerdings stimme ich bei folgendem Punkt völlig mit Axel Postinett überein:
Traffic is Out, Bargeld is In.

Wer jetzt noch kein Businessmodell hat, wird auch lange keines haben. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass Investoren ein Problem bekommen werden, ihre sorgsam aufgepäppelten Web-Angebote noch mit Gewinn weiter zu verkaufen. Wie lief das denn immer? Reichweite aufbauen, Traffic anziehen, Page-Impressions produzieren und dann mit den Powerpoints um die Häuser ziehen. Das wird schwierig werden.
